Schafer Chevrolet Staff Bio - Eric Steward

Eric Steward

Sales Consultant

Eric Stewart

Eric Stewart has been around the dealership in one shape or another since childhood. His father, a 28 year veteran of Schafer Chevrolet passed on a great deal of knowledge to his son.

“I don’t consider myself a car salesman. Prior to becoming a salesman, it took me 7 months to find the vehicle that I wanted. I looked everywhere! I know exactly how it feels to become frustrated on your search for the perfect vehicle and I want to be able to help folks find exactly what they need without having to go what I went through.”

“I’m a low-pressure, right to the point kind of guy. There will be no run around.”

Most importantly however, Eric has this to say…

“I treat you as if you were a friend rather than a customer. That is important to me.”

When not doing his thing here at the dealership, you can often find Eric enjoying the outdoors.

“Anything that gets my adrenaline going”, he says. “Motorcycles, paintball, skateboarding… anything EXTREME… it really gets me going.”

Eric is also a “Career Reservist” in the U.S. Coast Guard and loves serving his country.

“I’ll probably be doing this until I can’t do it anymore.”

Around the office, Eric is usually called upon by his nickname “Stewie”. This could be because of a resemblance to a character from one of his favorite television shows… or maybe not. It remains a mystery.
